Breëland Pinotage 2021

R540.00

6 x bottles per Box

This proudly South African cultivar was harvested to make a wine with a dark berry colour and typical Pinotage nose. It was barrel aged for 12 months giving it and interesting wood mouth feel with fruity undertones. The lingering aftertaste is due to this being a well balanced wine.

This wine should be enjoyed at your leisure with either a rack of lamb or a good steak.

After consulting with Bacchus the elders started farming with wine and grapes and soon realised that this is a very good area for the drink of the gods. This slow ripening area with its well drained sandstone patchwork of soils gives the wine a certain earthy feel. With hard work and love of the vine, these wines have always been made from the heart.
