Description

Varietal: 100% Chardonnay

Origin: Slanghoek

Soil Types: Ancient sandstone riverbeds with good water retention.

Climate: Annual rainfall of 1200 mm, min. temperature 12°C, max. temperature 32°C

Age of Vines: Planted in 2016

Vinification: Fermentation for 28 days in stainless steel tanks at 12°C with French & American oak. Extended lease 2 months with batonnage every week.

Maturation: N/A

Aging: 1-4 years
